  • Counter-measures at non-legal sphere,

Or accroachment for the sake of personal interests

Oleynikov, V. has been appealing to different judicial and official bodies: the Khabarovsk Arbitration Court, the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation, Office of Public Prosecutor of the Russian Federation, the Moscow city court and Khamovniki district court of city of Moscow but in vain.

Meanwhile, several attempts were undertaken to scare Oleynikov, injure him and members of his family and even to kill. A a radio-controlled land mine was installed into Oleynikov’s car and it was only due to passers-by brave enough to inform of that, Oleynikov was not killed. Otherwise, the victims might be numerous, as the car was parked in a densely populated part of the city.

Oleynikov was attacked by some guys carrying Kalashnikov’s, his family was harassed by a catafalque and a funeral team that came late at night to his house. His e-mail address was blocked several times. The mail is screened. Criminal lawsuits were filed against Oleynikov, etc.

There is no evidence just speculation who is behind these accidents but what is clear is that enforcement officers did not try hard enough to investigate these cases. His office was robbed and the robbers were found and put into prison but somehow all the evidence was destroyed.

Oleynikov is not such a businessman who is a member of ’power’, he does not have connections. His only defense is the use of the law: courts and Office of Public Prosecutor. However they are not eager to help much.

Oleynikov, V.B. says, «I think, that the state has given me and millions people like me into the mercy of the Russian the government and those officials who speak much about laws and guarantees, and the protection by the state, but actually none of them cares.

This lawlessness supported by the state also kills people of the country though no explosions and shots are heard. Impunity generates a crime».

Mr. Oleynikov is one of the millions of Russians who have suffered from Russian «justice».

Unfortunately, one of the main principles of the Russian authority is as follows: the law is to support the authority and it does everything for the sake of the authority. One might wonder, where if there is democracy in Russia. Oleynikov doubts it exists here at all.
